Animal owners in my county have difficulty finding a certified animal chiropractor because there aren't enough of us and too many animals that need our help. Animal owners become frustrated that their animal has to continue to suffer with continued illness and injury. Clients who come to see me can have routine visits every month and animals who come every month live happier healthier lives.
Dr. Jessica Ricchio
Certified Animal Chiropractor
Meet the
Doctor
Dr. Jessica Ricchio is a licensed human chiropractor who is certified in animal chiropractic by the Animal Chiropractic Certification Commission (ACCC) of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) as well as the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA). She attended West Virginia University (WVU) for her undergraduate degree in Animal and Veterinary Science, followed by Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City for her doctorate degree and finally Animal Chiropractic Education Source (ACES) in Meridian, TX to train in animal chiropractic.
She grew up in West Virginia on her family's farm where they raised horses and cattle. She caught the horse "bug" when she got her first pony Casey at age 8 and it followed her through college where she competed on the WVU Equestrian Team. Pursuing her equine passion she went on to become a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor and equine specialist in mental health and learning in order to enrich the lives of people with disabilities and veterans.

Knowing that she could make a change for the better in the lives of animals is why she pursued certification in animal chiropractic. She has seen the change that chiropractic can have in the lives of her human patients and knew that animals could benefit as well.

She enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband Jason and 3 dogs Yukon, Deuce and Archie.
